Why we started Beachside Neighbors Network
We started Beachside Neighbors Network because we believe Daytona Beach is strongest when neighbors know each other, support each other, and have a place where their voices can be heard. Beachside is more than a tourist area. It is home to families, seniors, workers, small-business owners, renters, homeowners, and lifelong residents who care deeply about the future of this community.
Too often, people feel disconnected from information, resources, local decisions, and even from one another. We wanted to create a space that helps close that gap. Our hope is for Beachside Neighbors Network to become a trusted community hub — a place where residents can share concerns, celebrate good news, promote local events, support small businesses, stay informed about safety issues, and work together on real solutions.
For the Daytona Beach community, the goal is simple: stronger neighborhoods, better communication, more local pride, and a beachside community where people feel seen, respected, and connected.

Beachside Neighbors Network is being built by local community-minded residents who care about the future of Daytona Beach’s beachside neighborhoods. This network is made up of people who believe in connection, communication, and community pride — residents, homeowners, renters, small-business supporters, volunteers, families, seniors, workers, and everyday neighbors who want to see beachside become stronger, safer, cleaner, and more united.
We are not here to divide people. We are here to bring people together. Our team and network include people who care about community safety, neighborhood pride, small-business support, better communication, resident concerns, local events, cleaner streets and public spaces, and helping neighbors stay informed. At its heart, Beachside Neighbors Network is powered by the people of the beachside community — neighbors who believe that when we stay connected, we can solve problems faster, support each other better, and build a stronger Daytona Beach together.
How we strengthen our community
Beachside Neighbors Network helps connect, support, and strengthen the community by creating one central place where beachside residents, businesses, and neighbors can stay informed, share concerns, and work together. We help connect the community by sharing neighborhood updates, local events, safety information, business spotlights, and positive stories that bring people together. When neighbors know what is happening around them, they feel more involved and less alone.
We help support the community by highlighting small businesses, promoting local resources, encouraging volunteerism, and giving residents a place to raise concerns respectfully. Whether it is a safety issue, a local need, a cleanup effort, or a community event, the goal is to help people find information and support faster. We help strengthen the community by encouraging communication, neighborhood pride, and problem-solving. A stronger beachside starts with residents who are informed, engaged, and willing to look out for one another.
